Founded by Rodrigo Barkett, a professional with over 24 years of experience in project management, engineering, construction and strategic leadership, BARCHETTI operates in highly complex sectors, such as Data Centers, Airports, Industrial, Real Estate and Healthcare.

During his time at a Dutch multinational, as Director of Operations, Engineering and Sales for Latin America, he led multidisciplinary teams to develop projects with more than 450MW of IT capacity, for the largest Data Center companies in the sector, implementing continuous improvement processes, engineering standards and innovation, which resulted in significant gains in efficiency and competitiveness.

One of the milestones in his career was the structuring and leadership of the Engineering division in one of the leading companies in the airport sector. In this position, he was responsible for teams working on infrastructure, maintenance, environment, sustainability, information technology and occupational safety projects, as well as investment management and planning (Capex/Opex).

He has also actively participated in the business development, closing and delivery of “fast track” projects, in which the project is developed simultaneously with the execution in the field. His expertise includes the management of “Design & Build” contracts with guaranteed maximum price (PMG), such as the Florianópolis International Airport, the Jaguar Land Rover Assembly Plant in Itatiaia and the Hilton Hotel in Rio de Janeiro.

With a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Taubaté and an MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq, Rodrigo has expertise in project management methodologies, such as Prince2 and PMBOK, in addition to international experience acquired during six years working in Dublin, Ireland in the logistics, distribution center, retail and education sectors.

Currently, as a member of the Board of ABDC (Brazilian Association of Data Centers), actively contributing to the development and innovation of the sector in Brazil. His approach combines business vision, technical excellence and leadership skills, resulting in customized and high-impact solutions for complex challenges.
