The logistics sector in Brazil consolidated itself in 2024 as one of the fundamental pillars of the national economy, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, business competitiveness and market integration. According to the "Logistics Operators Profile 2024" by the Brazilian Association of Logistics Operators (ABOL), the sector achieved gross operating revenue of R$192 billion in 2023, representing an increase of approximately 15% compared to the previous year and corresponding to almost 2% of the national GDP. The logistics warehouse market also showed significant expansion. In 2024, approximately 3.1 million m² of new developments were delivered, an increase of 39% compared to 2023.
